As Vice President of Midwest Operations, Mike Zykan leads regional U.S. Engineering Construction teams with a focus on safety, collaboration, and performance. He believes in a people-first approach to leadership—supporting Team Members in their development while ensuring projects are delivered with consistency and care.

With more than 25 years of construction experience, Mike oversees the management and direction of the Midwest Construction group. He works closely with operational teams to align strategy, profitability, and personnel management, fostering a culture built on trust and accountability.

His experience across field operations, project management, labor relations, and safety initiatives has strengthened his ability to guide teams through complex challenges and contribute to the organization’s continued growth.

  • Known for building strong relationships and fostering trust to support company growth
