With more than 25 years of construction experience, Mike oversees the management and direction of the Midwest Construction group. He works closely with operational teams to align strategy, profitability, and personnel management, fostering a culture built on trust and accountability.
His experience across field operations, project management, labor relations, and safety initiatives has strengthened his ability to guide teams through complex challenges and contribute to the organization’s continued growth.
