Standing four stories high, the facility consists of research laboratories, clinical trial suites, offices and educational space. The plumbing systems include a liquid nitrogen distribution system, lab casework with integral umbilicals, fume hoods, DI/RO generation and vacuum. As the mechanical contractor, U.S. Engineering assisted in successfully completing the project as the first LEED^®-certified facility for UCD at the Anschutz Medical Campus with a certification of Gold.
