Mars Chocolate North America

The Mars Chocolate North America facility is a 550,000-sq-ft one-story food-grade production and manufacturing facility on a 150-acre site. The complex includes seven structures: production, administration, central utilities and rail buildings as well as a guard house, a wastewater treatment plant, a fire pump house and a 286-car surface parking lot.

U.S. Engineering served as the mechanical contractor on the project, which consisted of the mechanical installation of raw materials to make chocolate. Installation and fabrication included hanger supports and a jacketed piping system.
