As Vice President of Operations for U.S. Engineering Innovations, Adam leads project delivery across the company’s diverse portfolio, ensuring efficiency, quality, and precision from concept through installation.
Adam focuses on advancing prefabrication strategies that optimize coordination between design, fabrication, and field teams. He works closely with project leaders, engineers, and trade partners to bring projects to life. His leadership helps customers realize the benefits of offsite construction by improving safety, streamlining schedules, and achieving greater predictability in complex builds such as hyperscale data centers and healthcare facilities.
Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, Adam is dedicated to helping teams embrace new methods that redefine what’s possible in mechanical construction.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Rockhurst University, Adam has served as a Legacy Project Chair for the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions.
