As President of U.S. Engineering Service, Clay leads a company that provides full-service mechanical system offerings for existing buildings – from ongoing preventative maintenance and facility optimization to 24-hour emergency service.
Clay got his foot into the industry as a construction project manager after serving more than a decade in the Army, including five years in Special Forces.
Clay attended the United States Military Academy at West Point where he played varsity football and graduated in 2000. He holds an MBA from the Bloch School of Business at UMKC and is a member of the Board of Directors at reStart.
