As Vice President of Project Development, John brings a 34-year career shaped by hands-on operational experience to his executive leadership role. That foundation gives him a practical, field-informed perspective on strategy, allowing him to connect high-level decision-making with the realities of execution. He is a licensed Professional Engineer who believes strong outcomes begin with disciplined planning, technical rigor, and collaborative teamwork.

An educator at heart, John is passionate about mentorship and professional growth. He invests deeply in developing future leaders and strengthening the industry through teaching, coaching, and advocacy. Equally important to him is cultivating a workplace culture that values well-being alongside performance.
