Todd is dedicated to creating an environment where Team Members can do their best work—building strong teams, developing future leaders, and fostering a culture of accountability and care.
In addition to his operational leadership, Todd serves on the U.S. Engineering Holdings Executive Committee, helping guide enterprise strategy and collaboration across business units. He also serves on the Board of Western States College of Construction, supporting education and the continued growth of the skilled trades.
