U.S. Engineering is working with Mortenson Construction on the design-build delivery of National Jewish’s Center for Outpatient Health (COH), a B-occupancy medical office building (MOB) and parking garage integrated into the building’s base. The MOB will consist of 105,000 gross sq ft, featuring five levels with a partial basement. The garage will contain three levels and 102,000-gross-sq-ft.
The new building will add clinic space, a USP 800-certified pharmacy and rooms for procedures and care in a modern, friendly setting that will allow staff to care for more patients.
As the mechanical contractor, U.S. Engineering is the single point of contact for budgeting, investigations, cost control, installation coordination with all other disciplines and trades, schedule commitment and coordination and start-up/commissioning.
