Prior to joining the company, Rebecca amassed nearly 20 years in human resources management in Kansas City, including with Black & Veatch and Cerner Corporation. Earlier in her career, Rebecca was a Counselor, then Clinical Director in a social service agency serving emotionally disturbed children.
Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Missouri Western State University and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. She is a member of the Kansas City Symphony Alliance, the UMKC Bloch School of Management Human Resources Advisory Board, and in 2014 was elected onto the Board of Directors for Jackson County CASA.
