Justin entered the industry at a young age in his family’s construction company. After earning a B.S. in architectural engineering from Kansas State University, he began his career as a consulting engineer with a Denver firm before moving to Kansas City to join U.S. Engineering. Justin is a Licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and serves on multiple non-profit boards focused on education and workforce development.
