U.S. Engineering Construction

As Associate Vice President of Preconstruction Services, Wes directs U.S. Engineering Construction’s Midwest preconstruction process, overseeing estimating, design coordination, and value analysis to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and strategically.

Wes has since led multiple design-build and design-assist projects that have shaped the skyline throughout Kansas City and the surrounding region. A licensed engineer with LEED® accreditation, his wide range of responsibilities have included engineer of record, conceptual and detailed design, estimating, value engineering and consultant management for a diverse range of projects.

Wes holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University.
