With 17 years of industry experience, Ryan helps lead both U.S. Engineering Metalworks facilities and operations, guiding strategy, production, and process improvement across the existing platform. He focuses on evolving traditional fabrication methods into adaptive, digitally enabled approaches that strengthen efficiency, support interdisciplinary collaboration, and expand what teams can deliver.

By aligning people, technology, and workflows, he advances the purpose of fabrication while ensuring consistent performance, quality, and long-term value for customers and partners.
