Richard graduated from Kansas State University in 2004 with a BS in Business Administration and Management and entered the industry as an outside sales rep for a pipe & supply company. From there Richard held positions as Project Engineer, Business Development Representative and Manager and Senior Business Development Manager at JE Dunn Construction.
