U.S. Engineering Metalworks

As President of U.S. Engineering Metalworks, Kevin Sears oversees fabrication operations in Kansas and Colorado. He leads the teams responsible for producing fabricated mechanical products and systems and works closely with our skilled labor partners to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality offsite fabrication across all projects.

Kevin has more than 25 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing industry. Past projects include high-end electronics production as well as commercial bus and truck body manufacturing. Kevin holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University and certifications in production and inventory management, Lean Six Sigma and ISO 9001.

Kevin sits on the Board of the Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission.
