U.S. Engineering performed the mechanical scope on the renovation of Rockhurst High School’s 140,000-sq-ft existing facilities as well as the 30,000-sq-ft west building addition. This project included adding new air conditioning systems and renovating and remodeling plumbing and heating systems. All work was fast-tracked over summer break. The facilities included a locker room and gymnasium remodel as well as new administrative offices, classrooms, laboratories, library and chapel.
