At Castle Rock Middle School, the team reworked some of the existing duct work in the library and the gas line for a new generator. They also replaced 12 faucets.
The team replaced six existing rooftop units (RTUs) with new equipment at Franktown Elementary School and reworked the gas line for a new generator.
Meadow View Elementary received a new generator and a reworked gas line, too, plus 16 new faucets.
At Mountain View Elementary, crews swapped the nine existing RTUs and nine existing control valves to existing coils with all new equipment. They also reworked the gas line to accommodate a new generator.
South Ridge Elementary received new RTUs, too – 13 total – and a new makeup air unit (MAU). The USE crew replaced roof drains and piping. Re-worked gas line to new generator. Replaced a few water closets and faucets.
Lastly, the gas line at North East Elementary was reworked to accommodate a new generator.
