The Colorado Center Tower III project is a 400,000-sq-ft high-rise structure located between downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center. It consists of a seven-story parking garage, a main level of mixed-use and lobby space, eight levels of office space and a roof-top event center.

U.S. Engineering’s scope included all piping, plumbing, and sheet metal. A 16th-floor rooftop unit, equivalent to two 160,000-CFM units, provides supply/return/exhaust.
