The twin-spire, 909 Walnut building is Missouri’s tallest residential building, standing 35 stories high. This renovation project converted the building into 180 apartments/short-term executive rental and penthouse suites, along with 70,000 sq ft of office space. Amenities include a fitness center, a gated parking garage, and an award-winning rooftop garden. As part of the mechanical scope, U.S. Engineering incorporated new life-safety features to bring this historic building up to current code requirements.
