Brendan serves as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of U.S. Engineering Company Holdings. He holds undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from William Jewel College, and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Brendan leads Holdings’ efforts around financial, legal and risk management matters.
Brendan has served in numerous roles for various industry and civic organizations. Recent representative examples include the Construction Financial Management Association, the leading trade organization for finance professionals in the construction industry, and Literacy KC, an organization committed to advancing adult literacy and the development of workforce readiness skills.
Previously in his career, Brendan worked as a CPA at Arthur Andersen LLP, and as a corporate lawyer at Husch Blackwell LLP. He is one of three members of the Holdings Board of Directors.
