The scope of this project included converting an existing light industrial building into a K-12 charter school. Under a tight schedule—two months for the design, seven for construction—the 110,000-sq-ft remodel required flawless coordination. U.S. Engineering’s in-house energy solutions and preconstruction teams worked together early on. Their energy analysis and building scanning technologies not only sped up the project schedule, but delivered energy-efficient operational systems.
