Jason focuses on developing strong leaders within the organization and maintaining lasting relationships, both inside and outside the organization, that support project success and long-term partnerships.

As Associate Vice President of U.S. Engineering Construction, Jason oversees field and office teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and with consistent quality and profitability. His leadership philosophy is grounded in discovering, nurturing, and retaining top talent while fostering an inclusive environment that values each person’s unique strengths. He believes empowered Team Members are the foundation of exceptional project outcomes and a thriving organizational culture.

His experience spans renovations, new construction, and complex projects in education, research, and other specialized markets, using both design-build and bid-build delivery methods. A licensed professional engineer, Jason draws on his technical expertise and collaborative mindset to guide teams through challenges and deliver innovative, high-performing results.
