U.S. Engineering has been named in the Denver Business Journal’s 2019 Best Places to Work list. The award recognizes companies in the Denver area that embody positive team culture and provide the best workplace environments. As a company with more than 250 team members, U.S. Engineering was categorized as a “Giant” and came in at number 4.

The list compiled by the Denver Business Journal is based on survey results from the people who know the organization best – team members. To be honored as a Best Place to Work, team members were asked to complete a Quantum Workplace engagement survey which measured 10 key metrics focused on the following:

• Team Effectiveness
• Trust in Senior Leaders
• Feeling Values
• Manager Effectiveness
• Compensation and Benefits
