Virgil joined U.S. Engineering in Fall 2018 with 35 years of experience in the mechanical service industry. He has held leadership positions in both sales and operations. He started his career as a service technician at Carrier and ten years later took a General Manager position at a large service organization in Philadelphia. From there, Virgil held several executive-level positions with mechanical service companies in the Eastern United States, including Comfort Systems USA, where he worked across the country in multiple markets.
