Todd joined the company in 1991 while attending Colorado State University’s construction management program. He began working as an intern and later moved into the office as a Project Engineer. After graduation he became a Project Manager before being promoted to Division Manager. In 2009 he was named Vice President of Operations for Service and Solutions, and in 2016, he transitioned to Vice President of Construction Operations.
Today, Todd is Senior Vice President and leads operations teams across all regions for U.S. Engineering Construction. Additionally, he is a member of the U.S. Engineering Holdings Executive Committee, which drives the strategic direction for the U.S. Engineering network of companies.
