Tiffany started in the industry in 1991 working for her father-in-law’s mechanical contracting company in Kansas City, MO. After that, she owned her own company for six years, and then worked in mechanical contracting for government contracts in Washington, DC. It was there Tiffany joined U.S. Engineering and moved to Colorado. In her role as Director of Operations, Tiffany provides guidance and oversight over large projects while contributing to the strategic vision of U.S. Engineering Innovations. Tiffany is a LEED®-Accredited Professional. In addition, she is an award-winning competitive BBQ and steak cook and a certified Master BBQ Judge who has judged over 50 contests nationally.
