Scott joined U.S. Engineering Construction in December 2019 as Vice President of Project Development, Rocky Mountain region. Previously he led teams spanning five continents in organizations ranging from early stage startups to Fortune 500s. Most recently prior to joining U.S. Engineering, Scott helped revive growth in an automotive and heavy truck manufacturing company.
Scott is a board member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and he served on the Board of the Governor of Colorado’s Leaders Initiative in John Hickenlooper’s administration. Other past board memberships include the Hyatt Hotel Authority, the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association (ALS), Colorado Uplift, Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce, Mental Health Association of Colorado, Colorado Sports Hall of Fame and Urban League.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver.
