Mike joined U.S. Engineering in 1981 after a four-year sheet metal apprenticeship. He worked as a journeyman, foreman and Project Superintendent before moving into the office to manage Detailing and Sheet Metal Services. Before becoming a member of the Innovations team he served in the Rocky Mountain Region, most recently as Vice President of Construction Operations.
