Starting as a pipefitter apprentice in Kansas City, Jeff earned more than a decade of experience in the field, working his way up to superintendent. He eventually transitioned to virtual construction and building information modeling where he was able to employ his passion for technology and innovative problem-solving. Jeff and his family moved to Colorado in 2015 when he took on the role of General Manager for U.S. Engineering Innovations and worked to create estimating and operational workflows to develop and sell prefabrication as a standalone business to Owners and other mechanical contractors. As the company grew, Jeff built an industry leading DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) team responsible for development and design of prefabrication plans for projects across the country. With that success, Jeff is now Vice President of DfMA.
