With U.S. Engineering’s 125th year underway, Family Business Magazine has published a feature story outlining the ways the company will pay tribute to this prestigious year. This is the second time U.S. Engineering has been featured in this publication – Henry “Skip” Nottberg was interviewed for an article in the Spring1997 issue. You can read the full interview here.
Featured in the Celebration Corner section, the article includes information on the history of the business, the ownership’s background, the future of the company, family business advice from Tyler Nottberg, and details about the planning that has gone into the 125th Anniversary celebration.
The 125th celebration aims to “honor the past and embrance the future,” says Tyler Nottberg, Chairman and CEO. “We want this to be a celebration with – and of – our team members, more than a billboard to customers.”
According to Nottberg, the objective of celebrating 125 years is to “create experiences and memories that celebrate what we’ve accomplished, as well as what is yet to come… At the end of the day, [this celebration] matters much more to your team members and has so much more value in that context.”
