The holiday season is a time for reflection, gratitude, and, most importantly, giving back. At U.S. Engineering, our team members continue to demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to supporting the communities where we live and work. This year, through various initiatives and drives, we united to bring joy, warmth, and hope to countless individuals and families.

Holidays of Hope

The Holidays of Hope Drive in our Rocky Mountain region brought together team members to support Family Tree, a nonprofit dedicated to helping families in need. Together, we donated 116 gifts, ranging from household essentials to toys and clothing, spreading joy to families during a challenging season. Thank you to all of our team members who who ensured the gifts were delivered with care and on time.

Give Back Program

For 28 years, the Give Back Program in our Midwest Region has been a cornerstone of our holiday giving tradition. This year, we fulfilled the holiday wishes of 70 children through KVC Behavioral Health. Since the program’s inception, our team has supported nearly 1,200 children, creating lasting memories for kids and reinforcing our ongoing legacy of care and support.

Colorado Coat Drive

Warmth is essential during the winter months, and our Coats for Colorado Coat Drive helped deliver winter coats to those who need them this season. Thanks to our team’s generosity, bins overflowed with coats that made their way to individuals and families in need.

Veterans Community Project Drive

This holiday season, we also partnered with the Veterans Community Project (VCP) to support homeless veterans transitioning to stable living. Team members donated hygiene items in Kansas City and snacks in Longmont, Colorado, contributing to VCP’s mission of providing shelter and comprehensive support services to those who have served our country. The drive was another powerful reminder of how much we can accomplish when we come together for a meaningful cause.

A Legacy of Service

These holiday giving initiatives remind us that giving back is more than just a seasonal tradition—it’s a reflection of who we are at U.S. Engineering. We are profoundly grateful for our team members’ generosity, compassion, and dedication to making a difference. Together, we’ve shown that when we invest in our communities, we can positively impact our communities.
