U.S. Engineering is proud to continue to support the Women in Construction Management Summer Institute, an initiative facilitated by Colorado State University. This program provides young women with hands-on experiences, mentorship, and resources to explore and excel in the construction management field. U.S. Engineering Construction has been a committed supporter since the program started.

The Women in Construction Management Summer Institute offers high school students a comprehensive curriculum that includes practical classes, industry site tours, and hands-on activities. These experiences are designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the world of construction management. By creating an inclusive and supportive environment, the program seeks to inspire more women to pursue careers in construction.

Anna Fontana, Internship and Outreach Coordinator at Colorado State University, recently shared, “I wanted to thank U.S. Engineering & Ferguson again for providing the pipe for our Women in CM Summer lab activity! Please share my gratitude with those folks as well. That activity is a favorite for the girls, and you all supplying the pipe keeps costs down allowing us to continue incorporating it. We truly appreciate your support and plan to continue hosting this impactful program into the future and hope you would like to continuing partnering with us on it.”
