Whitney Bell-Haggard joins U.S. Engineering Construction (USEC) as Vice President of Strategy.

This new position focuses on USEC-specific strategy, business development, communications, marketing, internal consulting and community engagement. Whitney’s leadership attributes and her skill set complement and enhance USEC’s expanded leadership team.  

Whitney graduated from Baylor University with a Master of Science in Education, Sport, and Event Management and Marketing. Prior to joining USEC, she served as Vice President of Community Revenue and Engagement at the American Heart Association. Her many years of helping non-profit organizations connect with their communities resulted in incredible growth and impactful accomplishments. In this position, Whitney will create new internal and external strategies that align with and enrich USEC’s commitment to customer service.
