Both schools will feature an outdoor central learning park, two-story windows throughout the entire building, flexible learning spaces, and student learning pods.
USEC team members provided pricing support for milestone drawing development; maintained the budget through cost-savings proposals during each pricing response; reviewed drawings with the design team and provided feedback; provided document issue constructability and specification reviews; and continually updated the design team on cost impacts and trending based on design challenges.

When classes begin at Wellington Middle-High School – as the school was named in January 2021 – local students can attend high school in Wellington rather than commuting to Fort Collins for the first time in 55 years.
