We are proud to announce that two U.S. Engineering team members received Constructech’s 2020 Women in Construction award. Jammy Evans, Application Development Project Manager at U.S. Engineering Company Holdings, and Tiffany Patrick, Executive Project Manager at U.S. Engineering Innovations, each received this honor.
Each year Constructech chooses outstanding women in the AEC industry for the Women in Construction award. The annual list is comprised of some of the most successful women working within the construction community who are taking advantage technology and represent many of the most innovative construction companies in the country.
Patrick is a team leader for implementing new technology tools related to project management. She evaluates in-house and third-party project management tools, collaborates with sister companies on developing technology solutions, and works with operational teams on training and implementation.
Evans influences technology in our organization by managing the tasks associated with building complex software to meet our internal customers’ needs.
Congratulations, Jammy and Tiffany! You can read their acceptance speeches below.
“I’m so grateful to have been recognized for my contributions to the U.S. Engineering team by receiving the 2020 Women in Construction Technology award. I’m especially honored to have been included with so many other outstanding women in this industry. Behind every great woman is an outstanding team. I wouldn’t be here today without the passion and commitment of the USE team members as well as the organizational leadership that helped me – Be The Best. Their relentless pursuit of excellence is making a lasting impact on both USE and the broader industry. I’d like to sincerely thank this organization as well as my management for this recognition. I look forward to continuing to improve my skills, learning from others, and help promote women’s interest in Construction Technology. Thank you.”
“I’m proud. I’m proud to play a role in the construction industry. I’m proud that our industry builds hospitals and schools to serve our communities. I’m proud to be building data centers in this current climate where we need to be connected more than anything. And I’m proud to receive this award to be recognized for my contributions in the industry. Thank you.”
