The Memphis Alternative Care Facility is the second field hospital conversion U.S. Engineering teams have assisted the Army Corps of Engineers with in 2020. (Read about our teams’ work on the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.) This response delivered a 7-Stall ADA Shower Trailer, a 100-piece custom fin tube order and 16 designed-from-scratch, turn-key restroom pods from Denver to Memphis in just 14 days.

In additional to the quick turnaround, the pods were designed to enter the building in segments because there was no way to bring the full pod into the existing building.
