U.S. Engineering’s Tom Poeling, Director of Energy Solutions, published “The value of building commissioning: current market status,” in the October 2019 issue of Consulting-Specifying Engineer (CSE). Poeling, who serves as the 2019 President of the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA), partnered with Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory for this two-year study.

The article presents key factors that confirm “the value of commissioning for providers, facility owners and building industry stakeholders.”
