U.S. Engineering’s Mike King, Safety Manager in Pryor, Okla., had the honor of presenting at the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Region III Professional Development Conference (PDC) in San Antonio, Tex., earlier this month. King’s presentation, titled “Developing a High-Functioning Safety Team,” focused on topics related to personality types, growth, trust and team components.
“It was incredible not only to present to the attendees on how to build high-functioning safety teams,” King said. “But also to be able to represent U.S. Engineering, an organization that applies the principles I highlighted.”
