U.S. Engineering performed the mechanical scope of an existing-facility renovation. The project included adding new air conditioning to a school that did not previously have cooling. Two new air-cooled chillers were installed and piped to a fan coil unit and air handling units. U.S. Enineering replaced the existing boilers with new high-efficiency condensing boilers, which tied into the existing hot water heating system. The teams performed all work “fast track” over the summer to complete the job before students returned to school.
