The Littleton High School project consisted of renovating classrooms, restrooms, locker rooms, the gymnasium, the swimming pool and the cafeteria and kitchen. The HVAC piping included the demolition and replacement of the heating water, chilled water and natural gas systems. The job required fourteen new rooftop units and associated duct work to condition the classrooms. To confirm the new mechanical work’s routing, the team performed extensive field investigation. Additionally, U.S. Engineering remodeled eight bathrooms and four locker rooms.
