U.S. Engineering was the lead mechanical contractor for the project, directing all design and preconstruction services as well as HVAC and plumbing construction activities. The project and design utilized an energy-efficient approach, which will allow for future interior changes and contributed to earning the desired LEED^® certification for the project.
