This design-build project encompassed about 230,000 sq ft of construction, including a renovation and a new addition containing the high school, a cafeteria with a commercial kitchen and a gymnasium. The project also included a new central chilled water plant and high-efficiency boiler plant to serve both buildings. The project employs variable-volume air handlers with fan-powered terminal units. U.S. Engineering was the mechanical contractor on this project, directing all design and preconstruction services.
