The facility includes a pool, spa, conference rooms, ballroom and an eight-story open atrium. As part of the mechanical scope, U.S. Engineering installed fan coil units, new boilers, water heaters, a cooling tower, chillers and air handling units. In total, the facility consists of 353,654 square feet.
