The facility consists of research laboratories, COE administration, faculty offices, a data center, auditorium, and design studios. U.S. Engineering helped achieve a LEED® status by evaluating the cost and operational impacts to multiple LEED® options in order to reach the Gold threshold within the budget. Mechanical highlights include a variety of custom systems to accommodate the specific requirements of a complex, high-performing facility.
