The National Institute for Construction Excellence (N.I.C.E.) celebrated its work to increase awareness of young people, parents, and educators to the potential of construction careers at a luncheon on Nov. 17. The fundraiser, which supported NICE’s Crayons-to-CAD, iBuild and other programs, recognized former Missouri Sen. Kit Bond’s contributions to the region’s construction industry. Sen. Bond gave the keynote address to a ballroom full of construction industry professionals, educators, and students.
