Jun 19, 2015
WESTMINSTER, Colo. – U.S. Engineering Company recently received permits to begin construction at the company’s new Rocky Mountain headquarters with relocation to the new facility scheduled for September of this year. The project will convert an existing warehouse near 120th Ave. and Pecos St. to 28,000 square feet of office space while maintaining 7,000 square feet of warehouse.
In relocating, U.S. Engineering is consolidating its three current Colorado locations in Westminster, Thornton and Loveland. The company plans to vacate all three offices in September.
“We’ve been in Colorado since 1967, and we’re very proud of what we’ve been able to contribute to our local communities over the past five decades,” U.S. Engineering CEO Tyler Nottberg said. “We’re also excited about what the future holds, and these investments reflect that.”
Nottberg said the company is making the move with a strategic purpose.
“When you look at our market, many of our core customers are within the 470 loop, so after the move all of our operations will be closer to key clients,” Nottberg said. “We also want to reward our employees with a high-level work environment. We believe that’s important both for our current employees and as we recruit prospective employees. It really boils down to the culture and values that are important to U.S. Engineering.”
