Lee's Summit Hospital Replacement Facility
Lee's Summit, MO

Lee's Summit Replacement Hospital is a new 189,000-square-foot, 34-bed hospital and medical office building with inpatient and outpatient surgery, a central plant, cafeteria and labs complete with a vibration isolation and seismic system.

Building systems included:

• (2) 430-ton chillers
• (8) Air-handling units providing 174,000 cfm
• (2) 1,000-mbh hot water boilers
• (194) VAVs
• Complete commercial kitchen

US Engineering used complete 3D modeling for coordination of all systems with the building structure.
